Trisha – 13 year old female Cross-Breed, weighing 23-24kg, will be arriving here on the 1st of March, her birthday.
We hope it is a really auspicious one, the start of a wonderful new life here after waiting for two years in a shelter in Romania for a chance to come here.
Her passport gives her estimated age as 13, although we think she is easily a couple of years younger.
She is bright-eyed, playful, and affectionate. She is submissive with the other dogs with whom she has been sharing her space, even when they are jostling to be first in line for treats.
Now a senior lady, she is looking for a loving retirement home, a soft cosy bed, a garden where she can lie in the sun spots during the summer, pleasant walks, tasty treats, and lots of love and kindness.
She gets on well with other dogs and would be very happy in a home with a good-natured resident dog, although that isn’t essential. She was very good with cats when she was cat-tested.
She will be in foster in Plymouth, where she can be met by prior arrangement.
