Mighty Minnie is a 5 year old small female terrier cross.

Minnie is a lovely little lady, on first meetings she is nervous and takes time to get to know you, given the time, she soon learns to be your friend and is then a super loyal friend.

She would like to be the only dog in the home and could live with teenagers 14 plus.

Minnie doesn’t mind calm and quiet dogs out on walks but prefers not to be bothered by bouncy in your face dogs, she loves just exploring the world with you.

She is a very good in the home, house trained and able to be left for a few hours. Minnie knows some basic commands but prefers to do her own thing but given the right treat she may be convinced.

She loves visiting secure dog fields where she can bound around and play with you, her recall training is coming along nicely too!

She loves being out and about with you.

Minnie is also a visitor to her local pub where she loves to chill.

Once you give her the time to get to know you, you make a friend for life in Minnie.

She is such a loving girl and just enjoys life with you.

She is a fabulous little companion, could sue be the one for you?

No cats.

Minnie is currently in foster in Basingstoke.

Helping Dogs and Cats UK Rescue

Helping Dogs & Cats is a non-profit animal rescue (CIC number1420295) based in Basingstoke and operates in Hampshire, Berkshire, Kent, and Surrey. We rescue dogs, cats and other small animals in need of help.

Our journey began in 2018 when our Founder Kirsty Wrightson established the rescue after losing her beloved dog, Millie. Our work includes rehoming and rehabilitation, veterinary care, microchipping, spaying and neutering. All of the animals that come into our care first go into foster homes for assessment.

Adopting a dog or cat or other animal is a big decision and in most instances, a long-term commitment. To help you answer any questions you may have we have created an FAQ guide. https://helpingdogsandcatsuk.org/faqs-1

Our small team is staffed by volunteers, who are true animal lovers and passionate about animal welfare. We receive no government funding and depend entirely on the generosity of our supporters. Every penny we receive goes directly to helping dogs and cats.

We offer full rescue backup for the life of your adopted animal.
