Introducing handsome Albie – A medium sized five year old male.
Albie is hoping to find humans who will take him for river swims this summer, he loves the mud but happily washes himself off in the stream – a great walking partner!! Albie is a cracking lad who loves his people dearly, highly intelligent and knows the commands – sit, wait, shake paw, down, stand and even knows how to high five you back.
He also absolutely loves toys and enjoys chasing a tennis ball but does need persuading to bring it back!! It took months for his full personality to show after arriving into the uk but now he is shining bright – Albie likes being brushed though he pretends he doesn’t, mouthing the brush and your hands so nust stop brushing and he’ll give up and say, ok then, carry on.
Brushing helps keep his beautiful coat in tip top condition!! He is described as – Albie will be your best friend and your very best loving companion.
Albie is great with other dogs when on a walk and will play well with his pals, he can happily be placed with or without a resident canine!!
Sadly due to his owners change in circumstance, Albie was not getting the exercise he needed and he became a little reactive when out and about – he is a super loyal dog and we feel that this change in circumstance has thrown his confidence and this is the reason for this sudden reactivity.
Albie is walked off lead most of the time and though his recall still needs perfecting, he’s pretty good and always comes back when he realises his people are out of sight.
Albie is child tested, housetrained, sleeps through the night and is used to having someone home for him so he would not like to be left for long period.
He is neutered, fully vaccinated and microchipped.
