The first show of the year for the West Virginia Quarter Horse Association, the 2025 WVQHA Wymer Classic, is underway April 12-13 at Winfield Riding Club in Winfield, West Virginia, with judges Dawn Clason-Kreakie, Clay Cavinder, Amber Clark, and Bradley Luebben.

The show is full of special touches, like NSBA classes with added money, Muffins and Mimosas during showmanship, and the Chris Payne Showmanship Shootout honoring the late Chris Payne. Kyle Hughes and Amanda Quinn Hughes sponsored the perpetual trophy, and Bridgett Morrison was the winner.

Thank you to Steven Pelzer for the candid photos!
