Here are Carmelo and Nala. Carmelito joined the party in August 2023 after Nala was a single bun for about 10 months. She needed a little buddy and the Carmelo was being taken care of at our exotic vet after being found in rough shape under an air conditioner in NC. They knew he needed a good home and that Nal needed some love in her life and played matchmaker. Little guy is missing half an ear and has a burn on his nose, but it doesn’t slow him down in the slightest. He is the happiest little rabbit that binkies, zoomies, snuggles with Nala and generally is so sweet. The vet wasn’t able to tell me what kind of rabbit he is. Nala is a lionhead and Carmelo has a mane like a lionhead, but his hair is always growing and has a really unique texture. I’d love to get the community’s take on what breed he might be.
